probably make a better pro than college player; talent is there and his style would fit passing oriented game -- seen him twice in person and didn't think of him as a college-team guy with his antics (not shaking hands with St X after the coin toss, separating from the team on the sidelines occassionally, HAAC icon, eh?)
I wish Redmon luck and hope that the attitude issues have improved. While there are many in the NFL with that "me first" attitude, rarely does an NAIA kid make it with that kind of persona. He may have the physical skills, but he will need to be the total package to be taken seriously by the big boys.

Yeah uh...No. Juan has come a long way in his time at MNU, stop talking out of the side of your neck

he probably has come a long way since he enrolled, but I observed this behavior and so did you at the game if you were watching him. The reason I watched him was he did spend time separating himself from the team, seemed to almost beg people top watch him. Personally I like the antics of NFL wide receivers and how they come up with fun stuff for the crowd; grab attention since they usually are not involved to a large degree 70-80% of the time.
if I was out to get him, I'd have said something after the M'side game last year but he didn't really do anything out of the ordinary to memory - I also saw him a third time against USF in 2010 semi's but it was too dang cold to remember anything that day except the score

It's basketball season, but you made the point to sound like he was a clubhouse cancer...which he's not. Ask his teammates whether or not he's a team player, they'll tell you he was the heart and soul of this MNU squad

no idea what kind of teammate he is and didn't intend to disparage on that note. how about showboat as a term? T.O. or Chad Ochinco - exceptional talent but playing to the audience.
btw, has MNU gotten over the fact you had a serious shot at the title this year?

So did he just not have the grades to keep playing in the ncaa? How did he end up at mnu?
He really hated Southern, just didn't feel comfortable there and I think Quinn got him to MNU
Missouri Southern wanted Redmon to play Defensive End. He left after redshirting, and came to MNU because some of his HS teammates were playing for the Pioneers. It took Quinn about one practice to make him a Tight End.
If MoSo wanted him to be a defensive end, why did they list him on the roster as a WR? This whole conversation is another figment of the MNU better than thou illusion world that they all live in. Poor kid got caught up in it.

I've never heard the DE thing... In that interview that was posted he said he was playing WR before he came to MNU and it was very easy to make the transition to TE. Just in case people didn't have time to listen to the interview.

You're an idiot Bobjax. Juan was a receiver in HS. Mo Southern wanted him to become a D-End. This has nothing to do with MNU's delusions of grandeur.
oops........kinda in a trap Prediction Error. Seattle Saint, the MNU lackey agrees with me, and he lives all things MNU. What say here, Saint and I are right, and as usual you are just runnin your lips. Don't you ever get tired of being wrong?
