Reminiscent of the CUI/RM 4 overtime final from a few years ago, CUI pulls out a 112-111 victory over ACU in double overtime.

And it was on PrimeTicket, the main Fox Sports sports channel in Southern California for all to see.

Talib Uqdah scores 43 is a losing cause, he was unconscious in overtime. Tim Harris scores 38 for Concordia.

I am going to try and get a DVD of this one.

Although both teams looked a little run-and-gun happy, Uqdah was unreal, scoring 17-straight points at one point in OT/2OT.

Curious what the story is around him, only becoming eligible in February...

Was it broadcast in your area?

The big story with Uqdah isn't his February eligibility, it's that he's 31. There must be a story behind that too.

I have DirecTV, and I get their regional sports pack for $7/month so I was able to watch in HD on the ticket last night. Other than saying ACU was from the "Pacific Christian Athletic Conference", they did a nice job.

ha ha, I didn't hear that one. Was it the play by play, or a promo outside the broadcast itself?

BTW one of the play by play guys was Allen Hopkins, Westmont alumni and on the Board of Trustees. http://www.allenhopkins.com/ Pity he didn't get to call the game with Westmont playing.

It was a team profile graphic.
